Water pump no water on/off then water?

Twice to pump on opened bath and kitchen faucet no water.
Turned pump on bmpro off then on worked.

Anyone else experience this?

Yes I have that problem on Miramar 34.1. I can fill water tank and turn on pump then run faucets and flush toilet and then pump stops. I go back to panel and red light is out. I check levels and those lights are out. I try again in 2 minutes and pump works fine. I travel home from camping and try pump and same problem. Don’t have a solution.

Sounds like a problem in the panel. Faulty or loose connection if the whole panel shuts down.

Have you looked at the wiring behind the panel? No way there could be a problem in there!

If you have the little controller near the pump check those contacts as well

I have experienced the same thing with my 2021 Axis with the BMPro system, but since I updated its software, it hasn't happened again. Download the BMPro manual from Thor if you don't have a hard copy. It tells you how to log in to a nearby Wifi connection and update the BMpro software.

Try your bmpro phone app..if works then I had thor ship me a new touch screen and works
