water valve to change to city from tank water

The valve used to change from coach tank to city water broke. The repair man that provided us with a temp work around has never seen this type valve so he was not able to repair. Anybody else had this problem and has suggestions on where to get the part. Our coach is a 35.1 Palazzo 2015. the valve in question has 3 water intakes. We are unable to get city water or fill our tank so basically left with the small amount of water we started our trip with. We are leaving for Provo Ut tomorrow so maybe someone knows of someplace in that area that could help.

Question

are u saying that you have the Anderson 4-way Kantleak valve handle?
exactly ‘where’ did it break off? These handles are easily replaceable, and even the valve body is replaceable...

like this one?

Yes it looks exactly like that, the whole valve needs to be replaced.

Anderson Brass Company | Manufacturers of Miniature Ball Valves, Brass Ball Valves, Drain Valves, Specialty Valves, Check Valves, Mulit-port Valves in Hartsville, SC

This might help to understand. Near the bottom you can see the cartridge.
You most likely will have to order ir on line or check with RV places in the greater Salt Lake area.

PS there is also a video showing how to replace the valve. Not hard to do.

From the O.P's. original post: the repairman, "...has never seen this type valve so he was not able to repair.".
It's good to know that there are folks in here who are MUCH handier than he was!
Good luck with your repairs: please let us know how this all ends up!
