Water pump operation?

I have a New Thor Citation that has water pump issues, it requires the pump switch to be cycled meaning pressing it twice to get the pump to operate. It works for as long as six hours sometimes or just seconds depending on its mood. It is not a normal on off switch it is a momentary switch that I’m guessing drives a relay. Has anyone experienced this ? The valve is switched to normal. Thanks for any help? Click image for larger version

Don't have that feature on my 2016 Siesta but I think that switch is to turn the water pump on when using the outside shower and must turn off on time or when the water is turned off there. The main water pump switch is located inside.

I wish the main switch was inside, makes it very inconvenient to have to reset it outside. I am trying to get an answer from the dealer. I’m going to assume a momentary switch is the norm versus a rocker style on off switch?

All right pretty sure it’s fixed, pump was poorly connected with wire nuts , wire was not stripped evenly. Replaced with crimped connections the problem appears to be solved.

Oh yeah, no return call from Service at Paul Sherry . This was my second request for help with no return call. Doesn’t go over well when I get to chose my next dealer.
