2018 Palazzo broken fresh water tank low point drain

My fresh water tank shifted and broke the PVC low point drain pipe. The pipe is easy enough to fix but the junction where the low point drain PVC pipe enters the fresh water tank is also leaking and I suspect I'll need to disassemble to repair.

Does anyone know how the 1 inch PVC pipe adapter (in the background of the photo) is connected to the fresh water poly tank. Is that adapter threaded in or just glued in?

Where might I find the adapter that connects the 1 inch pipe to the fresh water tank? Will it need adhesive/glue - what type of adhesive to use?

Thanks in advance.

On my Aria, the piece that screws into the tank is a standard PVC male threaded pipe fitting. Available at the usual home improvement stores.

Try to unscrew the broken off stub by turning counter clockwise. It should unscrew without a whole lot of force. I used Teflon tape when I reinstalled mine to hopefully prevent future leaks.

I just remembered that the threaded fitting was a larger size than the pipe, so I also had to buy a reducing bushing.

I see the reducing bushing and added it on my shopping list. Thanks

When turning that pipe you'll want something to hold that coupling from turning.
If it turns, you might as well remove the tank to work on it all.
I'm going to suggest a small pipe wrench grabbed onto it and wedged to the floor.
And
I'd use a length of water heater Flexible braided line to make that corner.
No sense in having a place for it to bust again.

Or, since it's just the drain;
A length of the clear tubing to make that corner.

However you do it, ridgid should be the last choice.
