What happens if your gray tank gets too full?

Yes the water in shower will start coming through through nthe drain.

As Drsasser stated. Many RV's bath sinks drain into the black tank. It happens when the rear bath is behind the axels.

That's were I see it is in the shower. I also sense it with my bathroom door. The weight warps the frame slightly and the door starts binding.

My Thor ACE 27.1 weeps water on the floor when we shower. The pull out drawer under the shower is dry. Showed up along the edge under the toilet and under the skunk cabinet. Also in living room under the couch in living room. Where should I start looking?

Shower curtain inside the shower pan. If your shower is in a tub the trailer must lean towards the out side wall. Not level. Water will run down the wall, hit the tub lip then run off the tub and on the floor. Been there, Done that.

We "usually" fill fresh water tank before heading out, and skip the campground faucet unless we're going to be there for more than a long weekend. Then based on capacity, between what goes into the gray and black tanks, we never even have to think about it.

Otherwise.... see suggestions above.

See I heard the if your gray tank filled it spilled into the black tank and when that filled it spilled into your interior and when that fills you change the name of your RV to Democrat Wagon.

on our ACE 29.3 we had a slightly different experience on the one occasion that I slightly overfilled the gray tank. I realize that the shower is the lowest drain, but that one was not backing up. It was the kitchen sink that refused to drain. After wondering for a minute why the sink was not draining, when I am so careful of what I put down the sink and should not have clogs, it dawned on me that the gray was probably full. Hubby looked in the shower just to make sure it was not overflowing, and it was not even showing signs of back up. He ran a little shower water, and it did not drain, but no back up, thankfully. I went out and pulled the gray tank valve, as we were hooked up at the time, and all everything drained well. I guess we were just lucky that the shower didn't back up. Anyway, apparently the kitchen sink can be the first indicator, not the shower....

I thought that if the gray tank was going to overflow: it would drain into the tank of the RV next to it...

I remember that cw replaced the shower curtain about a year after we bought the camper. It has a bowed track system at the top and a flat track along the shower basin. The original shower curtain had straight tracks at both top and bottom.
They stated it was replaced due to a recall. Does anyone have any further information or has anyone else heard of this recall?
I have adjusted my coach to have the shower wall on the downhill side but to quote someone here who once said "that doesn't seem like a good way to run a kitchen" or something like that.
