House Batteries issue

was out for five days last week, had trouble leveling, batteries not up to 10.5V so I plugged into shore power but no change. Put charger on batteries got them up to 13V, then could do outriggers. So day one batteries up to 13 V, and I have shore power hooked up for rest of camping.

Day two......batteries now at 12 Volt, (I have three batteries all read same)

Day three.....batteries now at 11 volts.

Day four ......batteries now at 10 volts

Is this the batteries or is it the recharging system. How do I trouble check?

When you push the use/store store switch (it's by the stairs) do you hear a clunk sound?

FYI letting a 12v battery drop to 10 volts is VERY hard on it/them.
One or more of your (new) batteries may be bad pulling the whole string down
Keep a charger on them till you figure out what's wrong!

All batteries are same age. I am going to get two new and drop down from three to two, as we don't boon dock any more , we always camp with a power source. But is there a way to test coach system to see if it is charging the batteries? I will try to listen for solenoid kicking in next time I am at coach (current in stored away from my house).

Easiest way to check the use, store switch is to turn on your lights in the camper (not on shore power) then operate the use switch lights on, operate store switch lights should go off.

If that works, then you have a converter problem
