Wheel simulator newbie question

How do I safely remove the wheel simulators/hubcaps on my 2021 Thor Chateau? Simply remove all the ornamental lug nuts? If only 2 lugnuts need to be removed, which two? They all look alike.

2 lug nuts should have a slight indent on their side and will be on opposite sides of the wheel pattern. Remove those 2 and you're good.
