2019 Thor 22b under slide wiper seal problem

2019 Thor Four Winds 22b under slide wiper seal
The first picture is what I look at from inside the motorhome down alongside the bed. The block black flap you can see it's supposed to be glued around the upper piece the water drip tray .
The second picture is what I see from outside under my slide
The third picture is outside along my slide and the 4th picture is what it's supposed to look like from inside.
I be leave this is one piece cup and wiper seal
