Google GoPower 10A PWM controller to see a picture of the face. This is the most common OEM controller provided with 100 watt panels. Then look around inside, often near the batteries.
How many panels on top do you have? If more than 100 watts, it could have the GoPower 30A controller.

I do have a photo of that same controller in the manual...I'll continue looking around. We have two solar panels on top, 190w total. Thank you.

Found Controller. Is it working?
BMPro indicates Total Power Generation is 0 kWh over the last 4 sunny days.
Currently 0.0 A input and output.
I used to see numbers for Total Power Generation .... why is it Zero ?
Any help appreciated, thank you.

Where is your battery disconnect switch? The charge controller is usually very close to it.

It is on your left, as you open the slide door. A large knob.
I found the controller. Not sure why i am reading 0 power generation over the last four sunny days.
Thanks.

It may be that the fuse that protects the controller/battery circuit is blow. It is an inline fuse probably in the battery compartment.
Not sure how the BMPro measures solar power generation, don’t think mine does.
Now that you have found the controller and after you check and maybe replace the fuse mentioned above, the controller’s settings need to be entered- type of battery, etc. The controller will show the instantaneous amperage produced by the panels when all is set up right.
Is it a GoPower and what is its amp rating?
David

Thor is famous (infamous?) for loose wires, or just plain bad wiring. Check the specs on your SCC (solar charge controller), and see what it is. The older ones had a 10a unit, newer ones 30A. Find the fuse on the PV+ side, probably nearby behind a wall...
Also if you have 2 PV panels, you might have 380W, instead of 190W. The rigs typically came with one 190W one, like my 2022 Tellaro 20L. I added a 2nd panel to help with my 600A battery system I added.
The SCC in the 20K should be surface (flush) mounted and visible w/o digging into cabinets.
Check voltage from panels on a sunny day to see if they are getting to the SCC. There is an inline fuse (usu.20A) on the PV+(red) lead to the SCC, so check that too.
PM me with pics if you have continued troubles, I know a fair amount about PV systems and SCC's as I built one from scratch in my 2001 Rialta. Renogy and GoPower are great for helping to understand the system too.

We have a 2023 20K. Our Solar controller is mounted behind the microwave against outer wall. They will also mount behind the bottom draw in bathroom.

Thank you for the help...
I have looked all over and cannot seem to find a fuse between the battery and the controller. I may be seeing it and not know it.

See my pic- 20A fuse for my controller. I have re-wired and added a 40A fuse and MPPT controller.
Should be a 10A fuse for yours, and could be underneath the RV!!
Manual here:
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/c...+-+10+30BT.pdf
Might be a small auto type inline fuse too- very hard to find. Some of my fuse/ diode holders were wide open underneath!! (2nd pic, upper left- cap off diode holder)

I have a 2023 Tellaro 20k, same layout as your Sequence. The solar controller on mine is located below the RVMaster panel. See the black box in photo attachment. The panel and controller are located behind the drawers below the wardrobe in the wet bath, across from toilet. Remove the drawers and you should see it...unless of course they (Thor) are not consistent. Which is entirely possible.
Mine is a GoPower 10A MPPT, with 190 watt panel on roof.

Aha- nice pic. My masternode is in the same place, but my solar controller is up front in the 20L, so I was unable to help. I can see the 4 wires coming from below- can you follow the B+ cable to a fuse for the OP above? TIA-
Nice mess of wires as usual from TMC...

See MCP's post above- I'd bet from the location of the controller under the masternode and batteries underneath, that the fuse is on the bottom, near the B+ buss bar. Take a look- good luck!!

Nice mess indeed!
See attached photo. My 10 gauge orange pos goes from controller to the input side of the battery disconnect, with 20 amp fuse. There is also a 10 gauge green pos that comes from the solar "port" on the side of the van. It too has a 20 amp except you can't tell from photo. The solar port connection is unrelated to the solar controller, although both the orange and green connect to the input side of the master disconnect.
I pulled the disconnect out while exploring wiring and ultimately decided to add two simple switches, one as a remote to easily (and positively) turn the inverter/charger off and the other to simply disconnect and reconnect the Balmar gauge/shunt to "reset" it if it got hung up. Otherwise for the Balmar I had to pull the disconnect out and then remove and replace the 5 amp fuse. I added a plastic panel with the two switches and also with a SeeLevel tank sensor panel. No photo of the panel however.

Perfect- there's the 20A fuse for the solar- same handwriting as mine...
I did the same two switches as well- B- disconnect from shunt, and remote switch for my combimaster inverter. I removed a lot of wire in mine! (see previous posts)
Thanks- good reference pic for the 20K.
I am about to add See Level gauges too- can you post a pic of your setup? I made hinged door for my controls- new MPPT and breakers One for battery B+ and one for PV+)
I want to add my See Level gauges on the upper cabinet end panel, but the wires may have to travel behind the cabinets- fishing expedition!!
You could make a hinged door for yours too to make fuse changes easier. I had to remove my bed platform in mine to access those. They probably thought dealer would do these. Right. If only the dealer would know where to look.

"MCP" has posted pics of his fuse location in his 20K- more ideas too!

I might be wrong but I believe your solar might be integrated into the BM Pro. If there is no output it could be a lot of things, all likely Thor poor QC related issues. I've seen these not work due to the wires wired in reverse, fuses blown, connectors not being terminated, but hopefully its something simple like the GoPower settings not being correct in the controller.

yes, that is my same set up, thanks for posting...from your image I can see that the wire from the controller to the BM Master Panel is indeed like mine...four slots, only using two, and the blue and white wires are not plugged into the same ports. OK, Im ruling that wire out and am still looking for an inline fuse. THank you so much.
