It is actually easier to call them on the phone. Sometimes their on line response is good, sometimes not. But on the phone, great response and service...usually. Give them a call and hopefully you will get answers. Also, have you logged in to the Owner's Resources" on their site? Enter your VIN and you will have access to all of your manual, schematics, diagrams and other docs.
