Where is Wiring and "Control" for Sky Ranger Found in 2019 Hurricane 29M?

My husband has reached out to Thor by Customer Care Form asking for information about where to find wiring and other things for our Sky Ranger in our 29M. He has never heard from them. I tried the same thing twice using the customer care form and have never heard back from them. I did the same with the Sky Ranger site and used there "set up a ticket" form and never heard back from them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought it would be easier that way than trying to get them on the phone...

Its my understanding It is wired directly to the batteries.

It is actually easier to call them on the phone. Sometimes their on line response is good, sometimes not. But on the phone, great response and service...usually. Give them a call and hopefully you will get answers. Also, have you logged in to the Owner's Resources" on their site? Enter your VIN and you will have access to all of your manual, schematics, diagrams and other docs.

I think Jeff is right or there's not really anything to mess with anyway. No hub or anything.

What are trying to do? If you have the same unit we do, there isn't any "controls" for the unit. It is always on. You should be able to see it as a wireless network. It will be something like Pvt.WiFiRanger…. You should have received a one page instruction sheet. Try to do a search for wireless networks and see if it's there.
