Wild Driver Side Wiper

Hi,
On my trip home in my 2017 25.2 Vegas, I encountered heavy rain and turned on the windshield wipers. The drivers side wiper completely failed overswinging off the window completely and scratching the paint.
This is after CW repaired it after I noticed a milder form of malfunction.
Is this something I am obligated to have CW repair under warranty ? I would love to take it somewhere else.

I'm not an authority on this matter but it is my understanding that you can take warranty work to any Thor Dealer that is willing to do it. And again as I understand it, you might be able to get a non Thor dealer to do the warranty work in extraordinary circumstances but I would only go that route with pre-approval from Thor. Just my 2 cents but I'm sure some more knowledgeable folks can chime in.

I had the same problem on my 2016 Vegas on a trip this weekend to WV. Disappointed in quality of some basic items on my unit.
