Wind like sound behind fuse box?

We are on SP and using awing light and dimmed kitchen light.
When I hit the living room light dimmed or not we hear a windy sound.
When kitchen light turned off sound goes away.
Everything works ?

Only way to know for sure is to be adventurous and pop the cover off and remove the unit from the wall. If there's a fan inside, there's likely slots in the case for air flow.
