CheapHeat add-on mod

Reaching out to see if anyone has installed the CheapHeat furnace add-on to a Thor coach. Especially interested in the FourWinds 31W but any experience will be helpful. Have been researching the unit and finding potential certified installation techs (way beyond my DIY capabilities) but now looking for experience input before I go any futher. Much appreciated.

Not worth the $$$. 1800 watt is nothing more than a blow dryer and is gonna use 1/2 of a 30 amp service! Is a blow dryer gonna heat your RV?????? The 5000 Watts is gonna require full 240 volts which is not accessible in 90% of RV's.

We had two 1500 watt heaters in our 31W last Halloween. At 40F overnight, the propane furnace kicked on anyway. The heaters couldn't maintain 60F when it was below 40 outside.

I don't think anyone who has thought twice, has installed one.
I've done a lot of research on them and I can't begin to understand their use/value ratio.

It is, literally, a $12 milk house heater cut into your existing vent system.

I'm not saying people don't buy them. I'm saying the decision to buy one is of the same level as a $3,000 steering damper.
