Windsport Foglights

Greetings everyone,

My fog lamps are not working. I have checked the fuse and it is good. Could the lights themselves be bad? Also, the switch at the dash does NOT light up when switched on.

I believe they are driving lights that come on when you shift into gear.

Do you have power to the fog light switch? If you don't, follow the wire from your fog light switch down to the power panel on the fire wall near the brake pedal. It could be the wire was never connected at the factory. That was the case with my Hurricane. Thor is all about the shortcuts.

I don't what year you have, but this is how my fog-lights work. Using the headlight switch turn, the headlights on (not the parking lights). Make sure the headlights are on low beam. Turn on the fog lights and the headlights go out, but the LEDs, identification lights, clearance lights and parking lights stay on. This makes since when you think about it. If you switch to high beam, the high beams come on, but the fog-lights go out, so don't flash the high beams at night with the fog lights on. Talk about flash blindness!

Is there another switch next to your fog light switch? In addition to my fog lights not being powered, the wires were connected to the emergency start switch and the emergency start switch wires were connected to the fog light switch. Thor seems to hire the least qualified assemblers in Indiana.
