Siesta 24 SS Questions

Just got home with 2018 unit and am puzzled by a few things and thought it would be easier to post prior to calling dealer or TMC:

On the digital panel it has voltage for House VS Chassis batteries (both are over 13 volts and 120 is plugged-in). On another view it has picture of battery with 2/3 (charge or capacity?) indicated and says Bedroom. Perhaps some alarm? CO2 or Fire? Nothing in manual.

Also, a basic question for all RV'ers: If my RV holding spot is sloped, am I OK leaving unit there as long as fridge is turned-off?

Thanks,
Paul
