Winegard - Great Customer Service
About 2 months ago, I had the Winegard RAYZAR Automatic installed on my roof. It is fully automatic and searches for the best TV signals without having to manually rotate the antenna. Gone is my bat wing analog antenna.
A couple weeks ago it stopped working. I got a consistent error E3. The manual says to call customer service. They shipped me a whole new antenna.
I had the antenna installed and Winegard agreed to pick up the cost. But, alas, the E3 error still was occurring. I called back to customer support and they told me to try running an external cable from the amp to the roof antenna.
This morning, I pulled the amp out of the wall. The connector to the roof coax was really lose. Either the installer didn't install it tight enough or the shimmy and shake of driving an RV had loosened it. When I tighten all thee cable connectors everything worked correctly.
So THANKS to Winegard Customer Service for excellent service.
