Winegard power problem

I've had the Gemini for over a year but never used the Winegard unit. In trying to set it up now it appears there's no power - LED light not on. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot? Winegard support was not very useful.

First off... is your battery disconnect switch ON? Second, look in your fuse panel and make sure the 12v fuses are all good... should have a little green light showing beside each one.

If you do not have a dedicated switch panel for the Winegard, it is ALWAYS on when the battery disconnect switch is ON. It could be either way... mine doesn't have a panel... it's "hardwired" in.

Yes battery disconnect is on.
I believe mine is always on. No switch and it look like on 2020 they changed to make always on.

I will check fuses today. I looked at that the other day but wasn't really sure what I was looking for. I'll check for light on and let you know.

The best way is to crawl on the roof and look to see where the cable enters the unit, there is a green light right there. Off then no power.

The wall switch inside only toggles between the over the air and cable and has no effect on the roof unit.

Yes I've looked at unit on roof. LED light not on. That's how I determined I have no power.

But I'm trying to figure out how to get power.

Fuse is good. With my fuses there is no light unless I remove it, then red light comes on.
