Winterization or Heated Garage in Colorado?

I am a new Thor Tiburon owner and trying to decide if I should try to find a indoor heated garage to store my Tiburon if I want to use it some in the winter or should I just winterize and dewinterize every time I need to use it? I am looking to take one trip in Dec, one in late Jan, and one in Feb. Thank you for any and all recommendations.

Winterizing and dewinterizing three times will be lots, lots cheaper than a heated garage although the heated garage does have some other benefits.

What happens if the heat goes out in the heated garage? How long before you are notified there is an issue? Will the owner pay for any damage caused due to heat loss? Does the owner still require RVs be winterized for storage during the winter?

Whichever you choose, failing to winterize is a recipe for disaster.

I would do both: Winterize and find a heated garage.

Winterizing and dewinterizing takes all of 15-20 minutes. Time well spent ensuring the coach is ok.

We've taken winter trips from MI to the South. I usually dewinterize at the first overnight in warmer climates and winterize as soon as I get home. This means that the first leg of any trip we use public restrooms (which, given current circumstances, may dictate that you dewinterize before leaving on the trip--no matter just run the heat).
