Should I go through a full winterize every time? Maybe I could just do the air thing? I live in Maine (Central) not way up north, tho it still can get cold spells. Idk, sorry for my train wreck of a first post too btw! 🙂

I am not sure there is a way to say you have winterized unless it was full? Never only complete half your winterization steps. You need to complete all steps to say you are winterized.
Now if your question is do you need to re-winterize every time you use your coach during winter? The answer is "No" but it depends on what you wnat to do on the next trip. i.e. During the winter on some trips I may drive my coach knowing it is winterized. I just don't have running water or use of my toilet, but I do have a portable Thetford that I made a stand for that fits perfectly in the shower when coach is winterized. If I got something special planned I may add water if it is not expected to be freezing on the trip.
IMO it is a lot easier to blow dry than putting in Antifreeze. Maybe not when putting the antifreeze in, but when have to do sanitizing each time after spend time buying & maintaining antifreeze it seems like it could be hassle? I can't say, because I have never used anti freeze and never will.
Another advantage to NOT using anti freeze and you are on a trip and say the weather warms up and you are someplace where you would like to have running water, all you got to do is just add water to to you tanks. I have my compressor in RV 24/7 so I can winterize whenever / wherever I want in 20 - 30 minutes.
With that said, I am gonna go with what was stated above... do whatever you like, either method is fine as long as it is properly done.
