12volt outlets & house batteries not working

Hello, this is my first time asking for help on here so please let me know if you need anymore information. I have a 2017 Freedom Elite 29FE that has started giving me some electrical (I believe) issues. I was on a trip with everything working fine where I was staying at campgrounds and boondocking with no issues, then at once my house batteries started draining and my 12 volt outlets stopped working even when plugged into shore power. I bought brand new batteries just 4 months before this trip but now it seems like the motor home will drain them however, shore power or generator power will not charge them back. If you have any ideas please share. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum. The most obvious first comment is that you must turn on the use/store switch for the batteries to charge from shore or gen power. Do you hear a relay click sound when you operate and release the use/store switch?

Did you buy true deep cycle batteries? If there's CCA, CA or MCA (cranking amps) numbers listed on the top they are not suited for rv use, especially boondocking, but rather starting batteries for vehicles, boats & running trolling motors.
A deep cycle battery will only have aH (amp hours) listed on top.
Also curious about your "12 volt outlets"? You talking a cigarette lighter type plug or the standard household type plugs, which by the way are 120 volt & will only work with shore power or generator.

Neither the generator or shore power provide 12 VDC to charge the battery. That comes from either your inverter/charger, or a converter, either of which converts 120 VAC to 12 VDC to charge the battery. If you have a separate converter, it should have its own circuit breaker. Check to make sure it's still on.
