I have found a lot of resources for our motorhome at https://www.thormotorcoach.com/owner-resource/ . You have to log in with the VIN for the chassis - not the coach. (Seemed a bit odd.) There are schematics that are specific for our rig covering electrical and plumbing. You may require something more detailed. But I've found them to be quite good.

hmmmm, if you are replacing it(burned up? how?), then won't you just refer to how it's 'wired' before you remove it, if it's not 'totally' burned up, wires and all?

12 volts in. 120 volts in. 120 volt out.

it's hard to tell you how to 'wire' it exactly, as it depends on what 'type' of inverter the factory installed, and what it controls.

Some are 'pass thru' Inverters which 'pass thru' 120v Shore Power or Generator Power when they are available. In this case, the Inverter not only gets it's main power from the House batteries, but will also have a 120v hot wire coming in from the Main Panel.

Others do not 'pass thru' 120v power, but are just there for a single appliance, like the residential 120v fridge. These would only require a 12v battery cable hookup from the House battery bank. They usually have an outlet built into them, also, although they may have 120v wiring out for a powered wiring circuit, for several outlets.

The OP only asked how to contact Thor. Why all this speculation on the reason they need diagrams?

I don't know of any Axis/Vegas 24.1s that came with an inverter so if he has one it is aftermarket install and the Thor diagrams won't do him much good.

Folks I've been installing inverters for over 20 years. I know how to do that . I still would like an AC/DC wiring diagram for future trouble shooting.

Have you tried signing into the Thor Owners Resource site - https://www.thormotorcoach.com/owner-resource/ You have to use the chassis VIN and it should give you coach specific manuals and resources. For our motorhome, there's one document called schematics. It has 2 pages - one for 12 Volt and one for 120 V. They're relatively detailed. Been good enough for me.

I have the same unit. Today I traced the inverter line back to a transfer switch behind the converter unit. I don't know if it was original, but you may want to trace the wire from the inverter to where it goes...it should go to a transfer switch that allows power from the inverter or shore power to specific outlets. My inverter powers up the outside and bedroom TVs, the outlet in the bedroom above the bed, and the outlet in the cabinet above the sink where I have my DVD & VCR wired. You may not need a wiring diagram, just follow the wire to the transfer switch...or just unhook it from the bad inverter and hook it up into the new inverter.
