wrench Code that disables tow haul HELP

my 2016 ace is disabled and ford can't seem to find the problem with cluster and apparent check engine light and wrench code which is saying that there is an overheat trans problem however it is not overheating but a false code and it disables the tow haul ability stuck for five days and no answers?:

First thing I would do is get myself an OBD-II reader and pull codes.

"Trans overheat" seems a bit generic, the codes may actually point you to a sensor to look at/investigate.
