Thor Redeems Themself

I posted my furnace assembly issue a few weeks ago and I have to say for my unit being out of warranty Thor took care of the issue. Jaime at Thor is awesome, within two weeks she had the issue resolve with Thor picking up the bill. By the way, Paul's RV & Interiors in Wakarusa, IN is an awesome independent repair shop and they are good! I was in and out within a few hours. Thank you Thor for taking care of my coach!!!

We just received a check for $590.00 from Thor for emergency windshield wiper repairs that had to be done in Alabama on a trip across the U.S.
I must add that this was with the assistance of Larry Long with The National Highway Safety Administration.

For one to "redeem" themselves, the must first go astray. I haven't had any experience or heard of any with Thor where that had to redeem themselves...maybe "Thor Comes Through Yet Again" would be more appropriate. Sadly, the broken link between the owners and Thor is the dealer network...not all of them but enough to throw caution against them all...but Thor is working on that problem as well. I think things will begin to change in the dealer service end of the business.

Gritz, when I say “totally redeem” that was regarding my situation. When I bought my coach in May 2017 I had multiple issues with my unit. The dealer walked away from me because they got their money. That’s when I started to work directly with Thor. The situation was so bad I thought my wife my was going to divorce me over the whole purchase. So after 11 separate warranty issues because of bad quality and assembly issues, I’m satisfied with Thor. Thanks!

I agree: keep the Wife!
If you think that RVs are expensive: try pricing divorces!
Glad to hear that things are looking much better!
