Hi there Murphyrv , I would get your multi meter out and check out your shore power at the pedestal . Make sure your cable has a good connection to your RV . Reset the breakers , don't just look at them . Check for inline fuses from your Converter and AC power distribution location out to your devices . Thor has fuse blocks that I just got familiar with by looking at diagrams from You Tube and Thor members attach to responses .

Sounds like an Inverter issue to be. Find your inverter and check the breakers on it.

Well I don’t know your coach at all, but “residential fridge” from the manufacturer (not after market) suggests an inverter on board. I think 16ACE27 has the right idea.
You say no power to the fridge or “certain outlets” which I assume are all fed off the inverter AC output (like TV etc). Usually when you are on shore power the inverter should sense the 120VAC and internally operate a relay that allows the shore power through to the fridge and related outlets. When the shore power is removed the inverter senses this and its transfer relay drops out to now connect the inverter output (120VAC) to the fridge and related outlets. So you don’t really say which situation is not working.....shore power or battery feed to the inverter. Does the inverter work or are there any alarms on it?
