Xantrex pro panel not working

About a week ago I posted battery problems which have snce been squared away, but now I have a new problem and hope you may help with. The xanthrex monitor panel is not working. I have checked fuses etc but all are good, any ideas are welcome, thank you.

Check the data cable to the back of the panel and at the inverter for damage and loose connection.
