XG32/F550 wiper check

For the past year almost anytime it rains hard or debris is blowing with it, I've noticed my driver side wiper well where the arm attaches is not draining. There are these little drain holes that get clogged. No problem I've been unclogging. But I've noticed 5 or 6 times I've found the little key that keeps the wiper arm attached to the shaft laying n the well. I was about to just blast air or water in there to keep from manually cleaning particles out. I've only had 2 trips in a year that needed wiper usage. I decided to check the passengers side and it had also fell out once. I wanted to warn about this and ask if anyone has had this issue and know of a way to keep the key seated? The wiper was working when the key fell out because its on a slotted shaft but the wiper comes up with the slightest use (like if you lift to clean window with a squeegee at the gas station)

Sounds like a Ford warranty issue.

What year model Fords are involved? Can you scan or photo the recall notice and post it here?
