New to forum

Hi everyone new to this forum and to owning a travel trailer first time wanting to se if we like it retiring soon but anyway we have a 1985 Thor Chateau travel trailer got it cheep needs some work but i have no idea what to look for or anything about it looking for a manual for it owner/repair so i can make sure that it is road worthy etc... any help would be great Thanks

Finding manuals for your RV will be tough. I think that Google is your best choice.

was thinking the same thing but haven't found anything yet even if someone had or has one so i might get the spec's i know nothing about it and thanks for the information

Most RVs never had very useful manuals to begin with. I suggest you switch your focus to generic web searches. E.g. if you want to know about checking your brakes (or wheel bearings or roof sealing or toilet function or anything else on your machine) just look for that particular topic. You’ll find more info - and more useful info - than you need. Very (very!) little on an RV is unit specific and not much has changed in many years on the basics. Enjoy the journey!

Thanks for the heads up what i meant was how long is it, how many gal tanks it got (if it has them ) fresh water gray water and yes even dark water, but i will try and do a search as you have stated thanks again
