Different low price sources change over time and can differ by vehicle application... The first thing is picking what baseplate you want. They are not all the same!
Look at the cutting and reveal of each to determine what one you like best. Install instructions are a good source to get a visual for your vehicle.
I looked at Demco, Roadmaster and got a Blue-Ox because in my application it required the least cutting, though it did require drilling a couple holes in the frame.
Review/consider the bar styles and their hookups to include safety cables, storage, etc... because you'll be hooking it up and disconnecting it ... what one will you like conducting the routine with most?
Once you've determined the combination that fits your use and vehicle ... then search for those part numbers. For my last toad towing accessories purchase, Amazon was my best total price source.
