Can a Thor Vegas 2018 tow a 2011 Honda CR-V

Hello Fellow Rvers,

Can a Thor Vegas 2018, flat tow a Honda 2011 CR-V with all wheels down? If so, what is the best recommendation to purchase the towing equipment and from where? Thank you in advance.

I think that the question should be: "Can a 2011 All Wheel Drive CR-V be towed?"
If you have checked your owner's manual, and it can: your RV can do it.

They didn't specify all wheel drive, just all wheels down.

I've towed vehicles as heavy as 4000 lbs behind our E-350 chassis Axis 24.1.

You do need to read the owner's manual of the vehicle in question to see if it can be towed by any coach first (what Bob was implying) before seeing if the Vegas can tow it.

I believe you’ll be fine. As mentioned check the owners manual for the Honda and make sure of your MH’s actual weight relative to the GCWR. As for the towing equipment you have several choices though Blue Ox and Roadmaster seem to be the most popular. I’m using Blue Ox and I’m very happy with it (for whatever that’s worth). If you are able to self install I recommend E-trailer as they’ll have everything you need and will price match. And they’re super folks with very fast shipping. If you prefer to have the installation done by someone else I’d look for an independent shop over your RV dealer although many dealers are very capable. The “hard” part generally is the baseplate which may require cutting and drilling. You need a trusted mechanic. Some vehicles are harder than others.
