Can a Thor vegas tow

Can a 2018 Thor Vegas 25.3 flat tow a 2020 Ram 4 wheel drive Limited edition? If so are there any recommendations for the towing system to purchase?

Depends on a whole lot of factors. How heavy is the Ram with full fuel and supplies? Does Ram say it is flat-towable? What is the weight rating of your hitch? Does the combination of the Vegas and the Ram exceed the Vegas' Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR)? How much does your Vegas weigh when it's loaded for a trip - fuel, propane, food, water, clothing, tools, toys, occupants, etc.? It's not a simple "yes or no" type of question.

Not knowing the specifics of your rig:
What is the hitch,capacity?
What is the GVWR of your rig?
What is it's GCWR?
What does your Ram weigh?

My guess is that the Ram is going to bust past all of the weight limitations: but I hope that I'm wrong...

I am guessing that your Ram will weigh 7,000 lbs. I will bet that when you add that to your Vegas' total weight you will pushing the GCWR. But flat towing is helpful, because I think that the tongue weight limit is 500 lbs.

Check your 25.3's VIN to see if you're on an E350 or E450 chassis. That will give your GVWR and GCWR.

Then take your coach to a scale. Subtract that value from both GCWR and GCWR (mostly GCWR) while you're at it take your RAM to the scale too. If the RAM's weight is >(GCWR - coach weight) then No.

For a 2018 Vegas you likely have an 8000 lb hitch (but that doesn't mean you can tow 8000 lbs see math above).

Not very many gas powered motorhomes can tow a full size 4x4 pickup without exceeding the GCWR

I've got the same rig and my GCWR is 22k on a 14.5k chassis so that gives me 7,500 lbs towing capacity on the 8,000 lb hitch. Your Ram is probably within that limit, BUT unless you tow it bare bones empty, you may be pushing the limits.

I wasn't comfortable towing my full sized pickup so we downsized to a 2020 Equinox. It also acts as storage for 2 folding e-bikes, a chaise lounge, 2 camp chairs and a few miscellaneous items. All well below the towing specs.

I have been impressed with the power from the V-10 for towing.

I'm going to be towing my Ram 1500 Laramie behind the Omni. Yes different towing specs. Ram lists the curb weight of 48-5300+ for that vehicle. Mine I figure without actually weighing at 5200. Yes the newer Ram 4x4 can be flat towed.

EDIT adding. OP doesn't say whether he talking about a 1550, 2500, or 3500 so I assumed 1500. My previous Ram 3500 CC dually was actually flat towable also but I can't imagine wanting that as a toad. It weighed just under 8K.
