All hooked up and ready to take on trips. Works great.

Hello! I just purchased a 2021 Cherokee Trailhawk. Iím getting the Ready Brute Elite 2 tow bar and braking system out in to my 2017 Axis 25.3. Is there any reason to get a hitch drop for the flat tow set up? I noticed you donít have one. Looks fine to me.
Thanks!

We have a 2018 axis 24.1 model. We are towing a 2020 manual transmission AWD Subaru Crosstrek. It tows like a dream. We purchased the Blue Ox pkg for our model. With only 200 miles on it, my husband literally tore the car apart to install the other bumper ( then reinstalled the facia); cut into the grill to fit the metal rod connectors; took the seats out to wire the lights and brake assembly. It took him 1.5 weeks to complete. He did one heck of a job.

We've towed the car from where we live ( near Truckee, CA) to Glacier, Yellowstone, the Tetons; the circle route of Utah, Arizona, Colorado....we just returned from Death Valley (650 miles RT).

Good luck with your choice!

Just picked up our 2020 Chevy for a toad behind our 2018 Axis 25.3. Any recommendations for towing setup? Blue Ox vs Roadmaster? What to avoid? Ease of hooking up is a primary factor.

Thanks in advance.

Oops left out "Equinox". And I'm leaning towards Blue Ox but am unsure which model to get.

Both Blue Ox and Roadmaster are very good products you can't go wrong with either. We chose Roadmaster as I liked the Invisibrake plug in and play system
