Front Receiver for Motorcycle

I kept Chances post in hope of gathering information. The bike is similar to the type I'm looking interested in: https://www.thorforums.com/forums/sh...6&postcount=19

Question first:
Is the front receiver bolted on, welded or both? If bolted, I can do that myself. I have the proper tools. If welded, it needs to be farmed out. I'm not renting a welder for a 30m job.

Background:
My first choice would to leverage towed's the bed (Ranger Edge, 6ft bed). Though I may find it challenging to load it. The towed has something called High-ride from Ford and the bed and tailgate sit a ways off the ground. I suppose I could drive it 'up' a ramp and question my success bringing it back down. I looked at the ramp in Chance's post and though it might be a solution. I'll share the RV axle weights later.

I prefer the towed option if there's a feasible solution I haven't seen yet. The only other option is a gym membership and I don't see that in the cards.

My total GCVW is currently 18,900, fully loaded with a 1/2 tank fresh and empty waste tanks. I like to get off grid once in a while so that's no always the case. The fresh finds it's way into the gray so it's zero sum.

I attached the weights and rating I have. If I need to supply additional info, no problem.

TIA
