Jeep Grand Cherokee Quadra Lift issue

In case you might be interested.

If you flat tow a Grand Cherokee with the Quadra Lift suspension the system must be placed in the normal mode for flat towing. You cannot tow the WK2 with the suspension in the entry/exit mode.

My WK2 started giving me a Service Air Suspension System Immedialtely last weekend. Took it into the dealer on Tuesday and they have to replace the compressor and a relay under warranty.

How this relates to towing is when the problem occurred I could not do anything with the suspension system and the vehicle would not tell me what suspension mode it was in.

I tow a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and my Manual stays Quadra Lift suspension must be in “NORMAL RIDE HIGHT” to tow. Not any other ride hight.

My manual says the same as I stated in the original post. The info I was trying to convey is if you have an issue with the Quadra Lift system you may not be able to tow the vehicle until the problem is fixed and you can get the WK2's suspension in "normal" mode for towing.

The issue I had took the dealer 4 work days (6 calendar days) to repair, under warranty. Had we been traveling that could have been an issue since I could not tell what ride height the vehicle was in.
