New Motorhome

Hello,

We have given up thr travel trailer route and just purchased a Thor Chateau 31E class c. Well when picking up the airconditioner did not work they repaired on site. The leveling jacks will not work automatically we need to return motorhome for that repair.

So we get home and plug in motor home we cannot get power to the microwave, tvs etc.

Can anyone help the newbies

Of course the obvious... breakers on? Genny transfer switch (if equipped) in the correct position, etc?
