Thor Axis wired with 12v center pin?

Is there 12v power available thru the connection to the toad ?
Having trouble getting my RVi battery charger installed.

Are you talking about the 7-pin trailer connector at the back of the RV?

Is it already installed on the Thor Axis?

I would imagine that all 7-pin connectors are the same... mine has 12v for our Toad brake and turn signals
