If they are only doing toe-in adjustments it will likely never drive or tow worth diddly. Some get by with only doing a toe-in adjustment and it will pass as "in alignment" but by big truck standards it can usually benefit from adding the caster and/or camber cams and getting a quality big truck alignment. A ford shop that does truck or fleet services should have someone capable of doing this and it will likely run about $300 or so. I can run all day with my 26B at 75mph with my after delivery alignment.
