Towing Ford Edge with 22’ Freedom Elite

We recently purchased the Freedom Elite and we’re wondering if anyone has towed a Ford Edge on a car dolly?
Appreciate your assistance!

I tow a 16 Edge 4 down. It has the 6 cylinder and front wheel drive. When purchased they mentioned not all Edges can be flat towed. It must have the proper transmission. Pretty sure you can not tow the AWD car either way, but not positive. Just giving you ideas since I've never tried to dolly a car. Thx Dennis.

Welcome to the forum!

You shouldn't have a problem with a front wheel drive Edge on a dolly. AWD, probably not.

We have a 2011 Lincoln MKX FWD that we flat tow. The owner's manual confirms that we can. Motorhome magazine's Dinghy Towing guides by year are a good resource.
