Transporting a Golf Cart

We have a 2017 Challenger. Just purchased a 4 seater golf cart that we'd like to take with us. Those of you with golf carts, do you tow them with your motor home? What equipment do you use to get that done? We have an enclosed trailer that we can use to transport the golf cart, but I'm wondering if there's any other way, like a hitch or frame mounted carrier.

Here's how we do it...
Our cart is pretty compact, so it easily fits on the 4.5' x 8' Aluma trailer...

Thanks for the pic! That's an option. I think our enclosed trailer is more than we need.

Was looking at this, but it's pricey! \

We're not going to have to transport it more than 2-3 times a year, and only once outside of Florida.

That Hydra-Lift is nice but you're right...pricey, plus it takes to total weight directly from your GVWR. Your enclosed trailer is best option or buy another smaller trailer just for it. I use my 16' Jeep hauling trailer for our golf cart. A bit overkill but I already have the trailer and we can carry a few other things on it at the same time if we need other stuff. You can get a small 10 or 12 foot flat trailer with a tube rail for around $1,000. Even cheaper for a used one on Craigslist locally.

i have a "off road" utility cart i had planed on towing in a "garage trailer" like a small race car trailer; just something with a workbench at the hitch side and i could put the cart and maybe later a motorcycle in it.

One nice thing about an enclosed trailer: you can lock the cart in it at night, and know that it'll be pretty safe!
