Hello Emmett. Hope you are doing well. I just purchased the same model (2018 24HE). Should be picking it up from the previous (original) owner in a few days. I was feeling great about it as it only has 2,000 miles until I was reading a bunch of reviews on quality and problems with Thor motorhomes. I have owned 5 other RVs in the last 20 years so I know all manufacturers have problems. I can deal with everything except leaks (past leak trauma on brand new MH I bought in 2008) so I'll keep my fingers crossed. Have you had anything major wrong with yours? I'm a little nervous as all the other RVs I've had I was married and husband could fix most things but my significant other now has no RV experience and no experience at fixing things. I'm pretty good at home repairs so I have a decent understanding on a lot of things but still nervous. Hope you are able to enjoy RVing during this crazy Covid time. Take care, Beth
