I worked at Boerne RV Repair for one year. Ron Zinsmiester, the owner does good body work. Hot headed, temper tantrum fits, horrible work environment but repair work is done right. Blew up in a fit one day and fired me when I showed him the mistake he was yelling at me about was his mistake. I had intended to badmouth him and talk about all the behind the wall dirt that I saw. But I got unemployment benefits approved so I consider myself the winner. I did learn a lot about diagnosing and repair that year. I work in Boerne at American Dream Vacation. A Thor Dealer. We sell them and rent them out for the owners. I have seen every issue on this forum. I see new units with unbelievable issues. All the regular issues that this forum discusses I wish I could reply to. I like this forum and don’t want to abuse it or trash Thor, or my previous employer. I have heard nothing but good words from everyone I have asked about Boerne R/V. I will be dropping my r/v to have some body work and other work done on it. When finished will let you all know how well they did for me.
