I have a Thor Chateau 2020 that has just come back from the dealer. I took it in, still under warranty to investigate some indentations on the back panel right above the light in the middle of the panel. It is where the panel curves inward to meet up and be attached to the roof. I am concerned about this being more than a cosmetic issues. The dealer got the go ahead from Thor to replace the entire back panel, but the part that concerned me was that he stated that when the new one is put in and is curved toward the roof the same issue may happen again. Has anyone experienced this issue before and is the replacement of the panel required? I have attached two pictures taken today. I'm sorry but having trouble attaching the pictures. Any advise on that?

I have been having problems with my Winegard system which I have taken up with them. The problem I have is that I cannot find a power off switch in my Thor Chateau to try and reset this thing. In the cabinet by the breakfast sitting area seems to be all the plugs and plates for TV's etc and there is a Winegard plate but it does not have the standard on/off switch that shows on the install manual. Instead, the plate has a central cable input and then an on/off button on the plate that I use to search for channels (cable or air) at RV sites. In the back of this plate are three coax attachments and two small press connections. I took each item off individually and still the Winegard LED was flashing. There is no obvious plug for me to pull on this thing. I need to replace the modem and will not do so with my inability to power the unit off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The RV came with the unit installed. Is this done at the factory or at the dealer?
