I've noticed that my heat pads are separating from my holding tanks, how can I reattach them? What should I use to seal them back against the tanks?

Purchased our first Motorhome two weeks ago at CW. First week we had to take to Cummins because generator would not start after 4 days of ownership. Turns out is was a bad spark plug. Second week it is back at CW for maintenance on kitchen sink drain. Wondered why water was collecting in sewer compartment and storage bay in front of rear tire. Also noticed water was leaking into the motor home when we drove a short distance for fuel or propane. Investigation under the lower bunk we found that the drain pipe was broken off at point it enters the grey tank. Sent Thor pictures of everything, their response was "that is not what the plumbing diagram shows it is supposed to look like."
