Do you have a quick connect already installed on your RV? If so, all you need to do is remove the hose / regulator assembly off the Weber and replace with a quick connect hose that matches the quick connect on your RV. Amazon has everything you need. Like I said, as long as you are downstream of the regulator on the big tank you're good. At that point it's just finding the correct size connector and hose fitting for your grill.
Save the hose/regulator off the grill and keep it on board for a backup if your big tank runs out or if you ever want to switch back to a portable setup for some reason.

I added a female quick connect with shutoff to our Challenger since we didn't have a grill quick connect from the factory. I bought a 12' hose with male quick connect and attached it to our Blackstone Tailgater. Works like a champ.

I don't have a quick connect adapter on my rig so it sounds like that's all I need to get for my rig, besides the Weber 6501 Adapter Hose for Weber Q-Series for the grill.

Following items needed, all can be acquired from amazon, takes about 15 min to complete
1. DonzyAnt 12’ low pressure hose quick disconnect
2. 1/8” male pipe x 1/4” female brass pipe fitting
3. 1/8 x 1/8” brass female coupling
4 1/4” propane quick connect fitting male.

You can get longer or shorter hose depending on your needs.
I also used Teflon tape on all joints

After a lot of research went with Weber Q2200. Haven't used yet but maiden voyage for us this weekend. Still need to pick up quick connect hose.
