Replace bathroom door on ACE 29.3
 

I would really like to replace the sliding bathroom door on our ACE with a regular swing door to gain some space for extra towel racks/hooks, etc. Has anyone attempted to swap out theirs?

We have not done that but have added a towel rack to the bedroom sliding door. If you replace with a solid swinging door will it open enough with the slide in to use the bathroom?

I checked and, although I don't think it would be able to swing all the way open with the slide in, it would open far enough to get into and out of the bathroom. Thanks for the tip on putting a towel bar on the bedroom sliding door.

Sorry for the late reply. Was in the mountains with no signal. Unhappily, I have not gotten that far but, when I do price it, I will be sure to post.

I have a 2018 ACE 27.2, it came with a regular swing door on the bathroom. Don't know if the floor plan is the same, but it opens just fine with the bedroom slider in.
