Missing TV Antenna
 

My TV antenna is gone. I either hit something that broke it off or it just came loose and blew off. Is this a common problem?
It was a King Directional powered antenna. Any recommendations on a replacement?

The old Winguard crank up antennas were frequently destroyed by driving with it extended. The new Kings, unless you hit a low branch, are low profile and not likely to be damaged as easily. If your was torn off, I would inspect the roof for other damage such as domes and air conditioners. Replace with like kind, King.

Thank you for your reply. I inspected my roof and didn’t find any other damage. I think it might have some how came loose and blew off. I removed the base plate and cleaned the area for the replacement. Have decided to get another King directional unit but the one with a signal strength indicators.

For a small additional amount of money you can get an auto-tune antenna.
Seeks and finds the strongest sets of signals on its own.
