HELP furnace?

I have a new 30.1 that we are taking out this weekend for the first time. I have run it in the driveway and driven around a bunch. ALl systems seem ok…but I noticed the furnace seems to shut off long before the temp is correct. I ran it this morning and it shut off long before it got to 68 isn…then it won't fire back up…like it needs to rest? is that normal? I can't imagine that it is. The outside temp is around 35 and rainy…? prop tank is 3/4 full.
Anyone?? thoughts or ideas?

Switch to a full tank and see if that makes a differance.:coolsmiley:

Could the propane have froze in the tank/lines?

I wouldn't think that would/could happen down where he was.

The lines weren't frozen because it did work a bit...and I was able light stove, test all burners etc. Some have thought it may be an input air issue..not enough input. Not sure... as it worked the entire weekend just fine. No issue at all. Temps were 35 at night...I was pleased with the heat...except the output at the front register is negligible...at best and not even really warm air. (longest run)

furnace

I have a Thor A.C.E 27.1 with 1600 miles on it and had a issue with my furnace when I went to Texas from Iowa. It would start and stop erratically and when we got to Texas it started on it's own with the switch off. I pulled the outside cover and the circuit board was all wet. I removed the board and dried it with my wife's hairdryer and it started working again. The tech support people at Atwood said there has been a change in the cover gasket from a white gasket to a darker gray gasket which might explain the water. I checked for a leak from the outside water hook-up and did tighten up the inside fitting a little. I'm still monitoring the problem and will check with Thor about the cover gasket.
