Ongoing problem
Mine fell off too. I called Thor to see what to use to re-secure the frosted window and they said DON'T, they would send me a new one at no charge. It's been about 10 days and no window yet but...

Correction
I probably shouldn't have called it a "batwing". It is the new single wing style that Thor has gone to. When I push up on the handle it doesn't engage the gear anymore to turn the antenna.
