Believe poor design re ladder bracket.

Looks to me that tha screw from the bracket to the ladder support should have a wide and flat head and should include a washer to distribute the stress associated with a loaded ladder. A countersunk...

At last. After removing the air intake tubes, I found the filler cap well behind a group of cables to the right of the battery - in the attached photo, it's more or less in line with the A/C...

My experience with 2014 Thor Axis batteries may be relevant. A few months after taking delivery of Axis, both Harris 12v batteries were dead and would not hold charge despite occasional charging...
