Keep the heater, recycle the water.
Get a protable total (25 gal) put you grey water in it, rig up a cheap electric water pump with one of those blue filters and pump it back into fresh water tank. Just don't drink it but it is crystal...

Real Dorian update
Dorian is PREDICTED to be a Cat4. Currently it is at a Category 1. I won't move mine until I see a Cat 3 with a prediction of 4 then hightail it to the panhandle.
